RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing and reconciling of corporate action entitlements, including collection of fund manager instructions for voluntary events
• Ongoing support of CBAM’s Proxy Voting policy and process
• Processing of dividend entitlements to client portfolios including the completion of dividend mandate forms
• Updating of dividend entitlements for deceased clients to ensure accurate production of probate valuations
• Input of instructions relating to corporate actions to custodian systems and CREST GUI
• Analysis, collation and distribution of disclosure data
  The role may require late finishes to the working day in time of high volumes

REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITIES ¦ COMPLIANCE/T&C

Demonstrate an understanding of and compliance with regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients.
