- Experience: Extensive background in asset management and engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience and technical expertise in managing asset portfolios.

Responsibilities:
- Fleet Strategies: Own, manage, and continuously improve asset class fleet strategies. This includes aligning asset management goals with AMOs, developing preventive maintenance and renewal strategies, monitoring asset conditions, and addressing systemic issues within your area of responsibility.
- Constraint Identification & Risk-Based Interventions: Implement and maintain risk-based planning approaches. Develop asset health and consequence indices to identify and manage risks that exceed tolerable limits, ensuring alignment with business requirements and long-term strategic objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Develop standards and documentation to guide asset management practices. Collaborate with contractors, ensuring alignment with inspection and testing specifications, and provide technical support across the business to drive reliability and compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership teams, contractors, and other electrical distribution businesses. Your insights and technical expertise will support large Capex or Opex expenditures and drive strategic decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, technology developments, and product innovations. Your proactive approach will help Unison enhance asset management practices, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of the energy sector.
- Health & Safety: Uphold Unison’s commitment to safety by following best practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and proactively identifying and addressing public safety issues.
