WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual with a background in technical disciplines such as datacenter, electrical systems, cooling, or other large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience in asset management within complex environments like hospitals, oil platforms, or large buildings will be highly valuable. To excel in this role, you’ll need to be self-driven, work well both independently and in a team, and communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. Your ability to understand and implement asset management systems, such as CAFM, and maintain accurate records will be key to your success in this role.

To succeed in this role, we also believe you have:

• Bachelor degree in one of the technical disciplines (Electro, Mechanical, Cooling, VVS, Fire or Ventilation)
• Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education
• 3-5 years of experience related to asset management or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-driven, structured, detail oriented and flexible
• Fluent in English and Norwegian
