SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 2+ years’ experience OR 6+ years’ relevant experience without a degree;
• Experience in IT Service Management with BMC Atrium CMDB;
• Proficiency in foundation data preparation and integration into BMC ITSM.

• Developing and optimizing an Assets and Configuration Management solution for the NCI Academy ALE implementing tools and procedures to ensure efficient and effective management;
• Collecting and maintaining Asset and Configuration data in the assets and configuration management databases, conducting regular database housekeeping, managing security and access management to the databases, and producing comprehensive reports;
• Supporting the entire assets lifecycle management, including identification and disposal of obsolete CIS, and maintaining accurate records through regular audits and inventory checks.
