Description:

We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Assets & It Admin Support to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 35.5 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proven experience in Office Admin or as a Personal Assistant
  • Strong diary management skills for multiple stakeholders – including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and booking travel
  • Ability to build positive relationships at all levels, from team members to board members
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Producing reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Attending meetings, taking notes, and assisting with follow-up tasks
  • Managing ad hoc projects and supporting various departments when required
  • Efficiently using resources to meet administrative service standards
