Description:
We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Assets & It Admin Support to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 35.5 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proven experience in Office Admin or as a Personal Assistant
- Strong diary management skills for multiple stakeholders – including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and booking travel
- Ability to build positive relationships at all levels, from team members to board members
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
- Producing reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Attending meetings, taking notes, and assisting with follow-up tasks
- Managing ad hoc projects and supporting various departments when required
- Efficiently using resources to meet administrative service standards
