Job Description

The tasks to be performed according to the vehicle project development and life-cycle schedules are as follows:

  • Alternator Development and Deployment
  • Lead the development and deployment of alternators for the client.
  • Ensure the development of functions and components in line with Product and System Technical Directions, in accordance with associated delegation contracts.
  • Manage product or process modification requests from the supplier, focused on cost savings or performance improvement.
  • Update functional specifications in line with modifications.
  • Manage alternator documentation (SFA, FIEs).
  • Supervise the supplier in collaboration with the global LI team.
  • Adhere to the development milestones and the vehicle life-cycle schedules in line with client’s development logic.
  • Follow client’s technical industry standards for implementation.
  • Prepare the associated validation plans and report validation status at milestones on test benches.
  • Ensure system quality meets client’s objectives.
  • Alternator Quality Management
  • Collaborate with the supplier in conjunction with the relevant project leaders.
  • Serve as the liaison between DFI (Reliability Incident Department) and engineering.
  • Provide weekly summaries of ongoing topics, in alignment with AQDM (Deputy Quality Director).
  • Lead the analysis of defective parts (LUPs).
  • Lead the resolution and formalization of a quality crisis.
  • Ensure timely implementation of temporary and permanent solutions to protect our customers (factories and end customers) as defined in client processes.
