The Killarney Avenue Hotel is currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Accommodation Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will lead the housekeeping function in our hotel, and ensure that our guests experience the highest quality rooms standard and ensure the team is managed and supported. The 4 star hotel has 66 bedrooms.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Accommodation Manager in monitoring the standard of work to ensure the highest quality.
- Assist in delegating rooms to the accommodation assistants and providing hands-on support to the team.
- Help oversee the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas in the hotel.
- Work closely with the Maintenance department to ensure hotel standards are consistently maintained.
- Provide guidance to housekeeping assistants and supervisors, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
