Responsibilities:

- As an Assistant Accountant, you’ll have full ownership of financial transactions and be responsible for producing accurate, timely reports while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies. This role gives you hands-on experience in managing Franchise-specific accounts, such as bonus debtor and vehicle funding, allowing you to develop deeper expertise in financial control.

WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY TO DAY
- Efficiently and accurately account for financial transactions
- Prepare and review GL and Sub-Ledger Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards
- Manage Franchise-specific accounts, ensuring their integrity and accuracy
- Maintain full responsibility for the Franchise P&L
- Resolve internal and external customer and supplier issues
- Act as a point of contact for audit requirements and ensure adherence to the Minimum Control Framework
- Continuously improve financial processes and support business growth
