Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Assistant ADHD Clinician to work within the Bradford and Airedale Neurodevelopmental Service (BANDS) - within the ADHD pathway.
You’ll be part of an MDT providing holistic needs led and evidence based assessments with working age adults referred into the ADHD service. You will support the team in progressing individuals through the ADHD pathway.

Under the supervision and working in partnership deliver a high standard of assessment within the BANDS ADHD pathway.
Manage a workload with support and supervision from the lead in the ADHD Pathway
Work with patients using self-help materials in a creative and collaborative way and provide information about other local services relevant to their needs.
Proactively and positively contribute to the achievement of effective outcomes. This will include conducting evaluations using clinical outcome measures and satisfaction surveys.
To support the BANDS ADHD service in project work and research/audit/service evaluation activities.
Communicate effectively with service users, relatives/carers, and colleagues from diverse backgrounds in a manner that is sensitive, open, welcoming, and person-centered.
Use IT systems effectively.
Maintain accurate, up to date clinical records in accordance with Trust policy.
