• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring every aspect of the restaurant runs smoothly.
• Supervise and motivate a talented team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet operational goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage stock levels, including ordering and inventory control, to ensure the restaurant is always fully stocked and efficient.
