Groupe Marcelle is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager, 360 Marketing and Communication – Watier for a permanent full-time position.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager – Watier, the Assistant Brand Manager, 360 Marketing & Communication – Watier must have a great capacity for organization, autonomy, and creativity. The objective of this role will be to assist in the development of the brand, the execution of launches and promotions, to coordinate and communicate between the various internal and external departments and above all, to remain a positive and collaborative team player!

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Senior Brand Manager to create and execute the marketing & communications plan & strategy.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Brand Manager to create the internal and external briefs and execute plans on all media platforms.
  • Managing internal and external photoshoots / video creation sessions (book studio, coordinate resources, casting, budget, create brief, validate all department needs, source materials, build schedule, plan PPM, etc.)
  • Overseeing and approving the social media content calendar from conceptualization to execution, to support launches and campaigns.
  • Ensuring brand consistency and messaging is accurate throughout 360 plans, while building authentic, relevant relationships with consumers.
  • Managing and executing with external agency media planning, optimization, follow-up and post-mortem.
  • Performing creative research and report findings.
  • Creating internal brand and media presentations regularly.
  • Continually ensuring updates are made to internal brand documents.
  • Working with the internal studio to effectively create content for the brand and campaigns (brochure, banners, social media assets, etc.)
  • Organizing national sales meetings (marketing content, and logistics portion) and any other event related to the brand (in-store events, launches, internal events, etc.).
  • Completing market analysis and competitors benchmarks.
  • Respecting the budget, carry out purchase orders (PO), process invoices and update budgets.
  • Coordinating communications and plans to be deployed with the digital, Public Relations, and Social Media teams as well as the various angles to use.
