Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Assistant Brand Manager, working on our Christmas portfolio, you will assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and activities to deliver annual sales, profitability, and market share targets.
Based in Marsden Park, you will support all the elements of the marketing mix. Including developing and executing marketing communication plans (ATL/BTL/PR), briefing agencies, assisting with the development of 2 year brand plans, budgeting and financial management.
From consumer and category insights, you will identify new opportunities for innovation. Working with local and international colleagues and packaging suppliers you will be developing NPD for the Australian market.
In a face paced environment, your role will be extremely hands on and delivering success will come from your expert skills in project execution, prioritising, multi-tasking, planning and data analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the execution of brand campaigns across all touch points
  • Assist in the development of brand strategy
  • Manage content creation for online (OCR and social)
  • Project manage 2 year rolling NPD including product set up, P&L management, artwork design and execution
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues on customer presentations and initiatives
  • Support the ongoing tracking of our own and competitor activity
  • Prepare monthly scan data reports
  • Manage the A&P budget invoicing
