Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tactical marketing programs leading to the profitable growth of the brands by analyzing market conditions, customer expectations and balancing the resources available, investment and expected return specifically in Puerto Rico and the Islands business alongside Sr. Marketing Manager.
  • Follow consumer and market trends, habits, and perceptions to develop oriented action plans.
  • Contribute to the day-to-day implementation, evaluation, and reporting of brands’ strategies and special projects.
  • Work with Sr Marketing Manager to create, develop, and execute the marketing and PR strategy to accomplish brand goals within USA brand strategy.
  • Accountable of all brands’ marketing plans and implementation in all territories in conjunction with Creative, Media & Digital agencies.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of marketing calendars (launches, advertising, A&I, POS activations, promotions, etc.) by brands and accounts.
  • Implement and evaluate new product launches and manage existing product assortment.
  • Assist in the management and monitoring of brands’ budgets (i.e. A&P, T&E) to ensure spending within established levels. Work closely with Sr. Marketing Manager, Sales and Finance to ensure proper reporting, fuel maintenance, and P&L achievement.
  • Analyze sales, customer, and inventory data results monthly to pinpoint opportunities and threats.
  • Provide monthly/quarterly presentations of marketing campaigns results, best practices, and learnings.
  • Communicate to the Sales Team the status and performance of the assigned brands and projects underway.
  • Measure and report on the status of Key Performance Indicators established within the organization.
  • Provide content for, assist with the development of, and create presentations of trends, technologies, Key Performance Indicators, launches, business reviews, etc.
  • Prepare and deliver oral & written presentations to L’Oreal Management, Sales, Retailers, Distributors, Agencies, etc.
  • Act as a liaison with internal contacts as well as creative, media, PR, and technical agencies.
  • Provide communication and learning to/from USA/sister units to secure support of all assigned brands.
  • Interact effectively with other departments and USA counterparts to support marketing & sales objectives.
  • Create product data sheets that contain product information and promotions for the site (i.e., SKU, price, images, swatches, descriptions, related products, benefits, tips, etc.).
  • Support accounts and territories with POS and branding materials, required product information for stores promotional plan implementation and product registration.
  • Aggregate product assets and content for e.com and online catalog platforms when needed.
  • Work closely with Sales to assure forecasts for new launches, promotional and seasonal products are submitted on time to secure Caribe allocations.
  • Maintain a promotional log and logibook log with all new launches, seasonal sets, collateral, etc. for the Sales Team.
  • Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including but not limited to employee manual, ethical standards, health, safety, and security procedures.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as required or that may arise in the future
