EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor or Master degree in business, communication or similar
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Passionate about working in consumer selfcare within a fast digitalizing environment
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to quickly assess facts and come up with recommendations
  • Intrinsic motivated and driven to make a difference
  • Daring to take ownership and assume responsibility
  • Marketing experience in Pharma and/or FMCG environment is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the execution of local brand initiatives and activation (esp. in digital media channels), in close alignment with the responsible Senior Brand Manager and Team Lead
  • Stay on top of the latest consumer behaviour, collect and analyse insights for your brand and category to contribute to the brand strategy development
  • Lead local development and deliverables of all the brand activities and closely engage with our external partners such as media, creative and production agencies
  • Drive internal brand share-of-voice and secure support for your projects from your key internal stakeholders in Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Business controlling and Supply
  • Define, track and report brand KPI’s and Advertising & Promotion budget on a monthly base to ensure marketing ROI
