We are looking for a passionate experienced Assistant Breakfast Manager who will manage, lead and motivate our breakfast team. Together with our Breakfast Manager you will ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction within our Winter Garden. This monumental restaurant now serves as the hotel’s breakfast room with a capacity of over 160 covers, but is also often used during one of our events and themed brunches.
Within this role your main responsibilities are;
- Supervise and train your team to maintain high service standards and uphold our brand image;
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring positive resolutions;
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profitability;
- Ensure consistency in LQA Standards at all times;
- Build relationship with regular guests;
- Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement;
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring positive resolutions;
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations and company policies.

- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high volume (breakfast) restaurant and luxury segment;
- Hands-on and motivated to ensure all our guests have a great start to the day;
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor your team to deliver outstanding service;
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with guests, colleagues, and suppliers;
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required;
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, Dutch is a plus.
