Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Budget Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in budget analysis, financial reporting, and data management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in budget analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotational shift

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Assistant Budget Analyst: 3 years (Required)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s budget, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Prepare budget reports and presentations for management review.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date budget records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to gather budget information and ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of budget controls.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes related to budgeting and financial reporting.
