About the Role
- Assist with the development and negotiation of service agreements, contracts with internal and external customers (including workforce agreements) and being proactive in revenue recovery related to customer agreements.
- Contribute to the success of projects by demonstrating expertise in project methodology, flexibility in managing workloads with a focus on achieving best practice outcomes.
- Develop and use information management tools to analyse and report data ensuring that records are maintained and financial outputs are timely, accurate and meaningful.
- Provide monthly reporting and analysis of the Division’s performance in terms of expenditure and activity, highlighting relevant variances. Assist in the development of strategies to explain and manage
