REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or cruise ship setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to changing schedules
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications

• Assist the Head Butler in providing exceptional service to all guests on board
• Set up and serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest cabins, including making beds, restocking amenities, and tidying up
• Fulfill any special requests or needs from guests, such as arranging for special events or providing extra amenities
• Work closely with other crew members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services
• Provide excellent communication and customer service to all guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
• Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations and create unforgettable experiences
