The Opportunity
For our Buying team based in Brugherio (MB) we are looking for an Assistant buyer (Beauty) – full time maternity cover.
You will provide creative and administrative support to Buyer in developing product ranges to meet sales, margin and stock targets within a specific product/category area. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the buying process.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Buying Manager (Beauty) you will be responsible for:

• Managing and keeping updated all information on vendors including company profile, logo, positioning, contact person, Guest/Expert, etc…
• Managing vendor contracts repository.
• Communicating information on the agreed product purchase characteristics for the order process.
• Managing samples used in Buying team from their reception to the return.

Your key relationship:

Internal

• Supply Chain and QA to ensure correct and effective process order management (critical path).
• Planning to have updated information on any changes to the programming.
• TV Sales to provide information on vendors and Guests.
• Finance to ensure effective administration of vendor contracts.

External

• Vendors / Guests.

What You Bring

• A previous proven experience in a similar role (nice to have: stage in Buying).
• Trend awareness and passion for product.
• Very good knowledge of Excel.
• English: Fluent
