Description:

We are looking for a methodical professional to join our Calibration team, part of the wider Quality department at the AMRC.
The Assistant Calibration Engineer role supports the Calibration team, and in turn the AMRC workshops. The role compliments the function by completing internal calibrations to defined processes. We are looking for someone who has experience in high volume accurate data entry, and who is consistent and methodical in completing tasks. The role is an office-based role, with the potential for one day working from home each week.
The successful applicant would work alongside the existing Calibration Engineer role. The Calibration team are part of the Quality department, which sit within the Project Delivery function of the AMRC. The role is key in maintaining the AMRCs internal calibration schedule. This schedule supports high quality of the research the AMRC undertake, and supports our external standards such as AS9100 and ISO45001.
