CB2 0AA and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation
Responsibilities:
- Catering Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including restaurants, cafés, and grab & go markets. Ensure all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet Sodexo standards, while assisting in stock control and financial management.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and motivate a team of around 10 employees, ensuring proper training, coaching, and alignment with company policies. Actively manage employee performance, engagement, and succession planning.
- Customer Service Excellence: Drive exceptional front-of-house customer service, enhance visitor experience, and ensure immaculate cleanliness and presentation across all areas of service.
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Prioritize Health & Safety, including food safety, COSHH, and fire safety. Manage risk assessments, incident reporting, and safety briefings, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients, representing the catering team in operational discussions and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent performance and adherence to contractual KPIs.
