Description:

ADMINISTRATION, MANAGEMENT & FINANCE

Assist the Centre Manager to:

  • Oversee day-to-day functions, clients’ management, operating cost & finance.
  • Monitor corporate Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Co-ordinate collaboration between different programmes/centres to ensure smooth transistion of patient care.
  • Formulate & review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & work processes.
  • Manage public and media relations, including publications & public feedback.
  • Facilitate & prepare the team for audits; ensure proper records are kept.
  • Co-ordinate department meetings to update staff on operational matters.
  • Monitor expenditures & budget; verify payments and to ensure clients are billed correctly.
  • Supervise day care team that comprise of nursing aides / healthcare assistants / support staff).
  • Ensure there is sufficient manpower for daily operations.
  • Review staff performance.
