JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of Indian food preparation and handling.   • Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and place orders for ingredients and materials to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and implement new menu items, incorporating creative ideas and seasonal specialties.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all kitchen activities, including maintaining cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and overall quality of dishes to uphold the restaurant’s reputation.
  • Provide training to new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and kitchen protocols.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
