- AHPRA registration
- Current Victorian Government, Department of Health, Radiation Use Licence (as applicable)
- Demonstrated commitment to work and contribute as part of a team

Responsibilities:
The Medical Imaging Department (MID) sits within the Division of Surgery. The MID provides more than 90,000 paediatric inpatient and outpatient imaging services annually. The technological services are provided by Medical Imaging Technologists (MITs), Sonographers, Magnetic Resonance Technologists (MRTs) and Nuclear Medicine Technologists (NMTs).
The Assistant Clinical Educator – MIT role assists the Lead Clinical Educator – MIT in the supervision and provision of educational activities of the MID. This consists of assisting the co-ordination of education opportunities for qualified MITs and of students assigned to the MID. The Assistant Clinical Educator – MIT will be expected to play an important role in the provision of a best practice imaging services to patients, families and referring specialists, whilst participating in the day-to-day service provision within the MID.
