Description:

To help support the data collection processes for Children and Young Peoples IAPT (CYP-IAPT) within a multi-disciplinary CAMHS service. To assist in clinically related administration, completion of audits, collection of statistics, and development of audit and/or research projects, teaching and project work. There will also be opportunities to undertake clinical work under supervision of a qualified Clinical Psychologist and support the psychological care of clients within the service, across all sectors of care and within the overall framework of the team’s policies and procedures.
To undertake protocol based psychological assessment of young people applying psychological theory, including neuro-psychological tests, self-report measures, rating scales, direct scales, direct and indirect structured observations and semi-structured interviews with clients, family members and others involved in the client’s care.
To assist in the formulation of young people’s needs, under the supervision of a qualified professional psychologist.
To assist in the co-ordination and running of therapeutic groups or clinical projects.
To work with other staff to contribute to multi-disciplinary discussions or care guidelines as agreed with the clinical psychologist providing supervision.
To undertake data collection, data inputting, analysis and the production of reports and summaries, using IT and statistical programmes
To create graphs, presentations or charts to collage or summarise data on individual interventions or treatment programmes.
To assist in producing visual material or user friendly information for access to services within Bromley.
