We’re searching for a dynamic, sales-driven leader to support the running of our Cluster Meeting & Events teams of 25 team members and delivering outstanding results across 13 of our UK & Netherlands hotels.

As Assistant Cluster Meetings & Events Manager, you’ll:

• Support the smooth operation of the Cluster M&E department, delivering an exceptional client and guest experience aligned with our high standards.
• Oversee daily reviews of enquiries, follow-ups, and escalation processes, supported by regular meetings and individual performance reviews.
• Champion strategic growth initiatives for the Cluster M&E Department, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Empower your team to excel while partnering with key stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.
• Lead the charge in converting inbound UK and outbound enquiries across all platforms, driving revenue and success.
• Cultivate a sales-focused culture, identifying every opportunity to enhance business for the Radisson Hotel Group.
