While speciality coffee experience is preferred, it’s not required. What matters most is your energy, positivity and passion for hospitality, ability to lead by example and your willingness to learn and get involved.
SKILL SETS
- Operational Knowledge: Strong hospitality experience with an understanding of the coffee shop’s operational and financial goals.
- Training and Development: Passionate about training team members and fostering their growth.
- Management: Capable of deputising for the Coffee Shop Manager, managing the team and operations in their absence.
