About the role
We provide exceptional governance and support to our Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and our Charitable Foundation. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Society Secretary who will report into the Company Secretary.
The roles responsibilities for managing Executive Committee meetings including coordinating all inputs from the business, preparing agendas, circulating papers, live minuting meetings and supporting the Executive Team on actions arising from meetings

About you
Were looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You should be legally or CGI/ICSA qualified, with significant experience in company secretarial duties, particularly in a large financial services or regulated industry.
You’ll have strong interpersonal skills are essential for building effective relationships and communicating with colleagues at all levels.
You must possess excellent drafting and research skills to prepare clear materials for Executive and Board-level audiences, alongside strong analytical abilities to interpret information swiftly.
A hands-on approach is necessary to manage competing priorities in a dynamic setting, and a flexible attitude will help you develop your governance knowledge while supporting other teams as needed.
