Assistant Controller

A growing technology manufacturer in Edison has created a new opportunity for an Assistant Controller (hybrid 3 days in the office) due to a recent acquisition. The Assistant Controller should have five plus years of experience in financial reporting with some exposure to consolidations. Any experience in handling the financial reporting for an international company would also be preferred. Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is also preferred.

• Track CAPEX and the spending of company foreign locations.
• Maintain up-to-date financial schedules including company properties, fixed assets, and intercompany balances.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial work papers, including company external audits.
• Prepare intercompany adjustments.
• Performing analysis of various budget variances.
• Special projects as assigned.
