The Assistant Controller reports to the Controller and will focus on reporting, controls and analytics. TSubmit your application today! What you get to do every single day

• Deliver regular account reconciliation to completion
• Prepare a variety of technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures
• Facilitate the accounting team during the closing process to see to it that deadlines are met
• Pinpoint and develop process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiency
• Developed preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end audits
• Develop relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, actual spend against budgets/outlook, and key financial metrics
• Maintain implementation and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.
• Proven experience in managing Accounting Functions.
• Familiarity with Auditing procedures and principles.
• CPA certification is necessary for this role.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Banking Industry is required.
