Description:
ASSISTANT COOK
Seeking a qualified Assistant Cook to join our team in Haverhill and Newburyport MA. Minimum requirements include prior cooking experience and knowledge of sanitation and food handler’s guidelines. Completion of SERVSAFE and Food Allergy training required within three months of the hire date. Reliable transportation required as the position involves travel between Haverhill and Newburyport Head Start sites.
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written skills, basic computer literacy skills and the ability to work on a team. The position is 20 hours per week including paid lunch, 52 weeks per year.
Salary for the Assistant Cook position is $20.62 per hour.
