Responsibilities:
- Skilled cooking duties connected with the range of meals served and an understanding of healthy cooking practices.
- To carry out the full range of Cook in Charge duties when required.
- To operate a cashless system.
- To carry out stock checks and clerical duties.
- Supervision and control of hygiene health and safety.
- Undertake any duties which are commensurate with the general nature and grade of the post
