Description:

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Experienced Chartered Accountant – ACA, CA, CPA, ACCA or any related qualification.
  • Accreditation from the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB).
  • 3+ years of experience finance function, including accounting, audit, and financial management.
  • A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements.
  • Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • The ability to work in a Team setting.

Responsibilities:

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role is responsible for helping corporate finance manager with financial tasks, including activities related to treasury & compliance. They are responsible for end to end cashflow forecasting, finance facilities management and internal processes audit.
Reports to: Finance Controller MEC
Geographic Scope: Saudi Arabia

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Responsible for Cash Liquidity management.
  • Responsible for managing banking relations.
  • Responsible for maintaining financial facilities as per operational requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance of processes implemented through out the company.
  • Carrying out internal audits for internal procedures.
  • Taking lead on internal governance compliance.
  • Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of a company.
  • Managing the risks involved in the financial activities of the business.
  • Estimating short and long-term financial objectives by setting performance targets.
  • Supervising month-end processes related to treasury.
  • Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.
  • Providing training to staff members regarding financial processes.
