QUALIFICATIONS

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Knowledge and skills acquired in several years of professional experience
  • Strong expertise in management tasks and a high level of comprehension
  • Loyalty and discretion
  • Experienced handling of the application programs used (MS Office, incl. TEAMs, OneNote etc.)
  • Analytical thinking, ability to grasp essential facts logically and precisely
  • Ability to work, organize and learn independently
  • Flexible, enjoy working in an international agile environment
  • Personality with commitment, initiative, trustworthiness, sense of responsibility
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar maintenance and updating
  • Scheduling appointments including securing meeting rooms for management and their equipment
  • Travel planning and booking/regulation of visa matters
  • Expense and travel expense accounting
  • Organization of events, conferences and regular meetings of the entire management team
  • Managing and coordinating all correspondence (reminders, due dates, Kanban board)
  • Creating presentations for the management
  • Management and organization of benefits, anniversaries
  • Support and supervision of global sales support-led projects
