Description:

FoodXervices Inc is one of the top food service distributors in Singapore, servicing over 4,800 clients ranging from top hotels and restaurants, airlines, and cafes, fast food chains, and culinary institutions.
We are looking for a Assistant Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will be handling clients from chain stores such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, and minimarkets. The ideal candidate should be conscientious with a personable character.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Leading the sales team by responding to technical questions from prospective customers.
  • Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Analyzing the territory/market’s potential, tracking sales, and status reports.
  • Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Assisting in sales forecasting and inventory forecasting.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a diploma in Business or equivalent.
  • Have 4 - 5 years of work experience in Sales, preferably with experience dealing with retail chains.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin to cater to our customer demographics.
  • Be enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
  • Salary range will commensurate with experience
