KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Stock Intake: Ensure the efficient and timely intake of stock into the business.
- SAP Expertise: Set up and manage SAP systems for optimal performance.
- System Accuracy: Keep our systems accurate for future purchase order dates, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Proactive Communication: Report and communicate product intake and delays proactively to keep everyone well informed.
- Logistics Coordination: Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure efficient booking and receipting of stock.
- Support Purchase Orders: Assist Demand Planning Managers in ensuring all footwear, apparel, and accessory purchase orders are placed with the US team within agreed timeframes.
- Optimal Stock Utilisation: Ensure the best use of stock across various channels.
- Opportunity Reporting: Report and communicate product availability issues and opportunities proactively to the business.
- Maximise Stock Usage: Optimise stock usage across B2B and D2C channels to align with sales opportunities and business requirements.
- Forecasting Support: Support forecasting efforts and maintain relevant documents.
- Insightful Reporting: Create regular reports to provide valuable insights to the business.
- Professional Growth: Enhance your development by maximising on-the-job training opportunities to understand the end-to-end product process.
- Ownership: Take charge of designated parts of the product range.
