Assistant Dining Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Support the Dining Manager in leading the dining team and ensure client requirements are understood, delivered, and surpassed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and the on-site Sodexo team, ensuring an outstanding dining service.
• Oversee financial management of the dining operation, drive sales growth, and manage costs effectively.
• Lead and motivate the dining team, focusing on performance management, training, and development.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Ensure food hygiene standards are implemented and maintained, with all records completed in line with company procedures, E.H.O, Q.A, and H.A.C.C.P requirements.
• Manage the Health & Safety systems in the unit, ensuring all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
• Deliver excellent customer service, addressing any concerns and seeking solutions that exceed expectations.
• Ensure effective delivery of the hospitality requirement to the client in line with Two And You hospitality and costings.
