Position Description
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services, the Assistant Director of Clinical Services and Health Center Operations provides strategic leadership and oversight for clinical services and health center operations for the organization. The Assistant Director will champion continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of the organization and help to create a culture where CH&W’s team members are invested in outcomes of student success. They will also oversee organization-wide procurement, our facilities maintenance and operations, and credentialing and privileging processes.
Department Summary
The purpose of Campus Health & Wellbeing is to help students achieve and maintain academic success and lifelong health and wellbeing by providing timely and appropriate primary and acute health care, disease and injury prevention education, professional mental health, outreach, educational services and campus consultations.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems, act decisively, and show good judgment by approaching problems methodically to make good sound decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in a complex, highly regulated organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex budgets.
  • Thorough knowledge of planning and priority management techniques to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.

Education and Experience

  • Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university. Three years of technical or administrative experience. A graduate degree in a related field may be substituted for one year of the required experience. Qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Salary and Benefits
The anticipated hiring range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 annually. Note that the offer is calculated based on the background and relevant years of experience of the individual selected.
