ABOUT THE JOB
The ACLU seeks applicants for the full-time position of Assistant Director of Development Business Intelligence and Reporting in the Development Department of the ACLU’s National office in New York, NY. This is a hybrid role that has in-office requirements of two (2) days per week or eight (8) days per month.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced, demanding environment
- Capacity to take initiative and work independently, as well collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills including ability to positively influence and persuade, and to use listening, diplomacy, and tact to build internal relationships
- Experience working at a national or international organization in constituent data management
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Development Data & Systems, the Assistant Director will work collaboratively with the Development Data & Systems team, the Nationwide Fundraising Resources team, the Analytics team, and ACLU fundraisers to develop an overall structure for business intelligence and user reporting.
