Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role reports to the Director of People and Culture and you will oversee the day to day running of the People and Culture function, assisting in leading the People and Culture strategy with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development activities, being directly involved in new employee orientation, ethics & safety and leadership training delivery.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- C hampioning top talent and actively supporting succession planning
- S upporting the hotel as a Business Partner
- D efines and communicates People & Culture vision and roles consistent with helping the organization to implement strategies which attain overall goals and objectives.
- Supporting and driving Corporate People and Culture initiatives
- Supporting top talents in defining their development path as internal consultant and expert in L&D area
- Managing the financials of the budget, with a focus on L&D and training impact within our property
- Actively supporting recruitment, selection and onboarding requirements
- Conducting regular audits of People and Culture records
