POSITION ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS (SELECTION CRITERIA):

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
Relevant qualifications in ICT or Business and/or equivalent relevant experience
Extensive experience in managing internal and external resources to deliver ICT support services and solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and upskill a diverse team
Demonstrated technical knowledge and skills and understanding of quality assurance in the development of agile software products.
Demonstrated ability to lead, implement and deliver innovative solutions with a strong customer service focus to drive quality assurance process improvements and service efficiencies.
Demonstrated ability to communicate openly and effectively and to build strong professional relationships with staff, stakeholders, and clients at all levels and across boundaries together with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
Highly developed written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and interact in an effective way and communicate information coherently and concisely to audiences with a range of backgrounds.
Experience working in government/public sector is preferred.
Eligible to obtain a baseline security clearance (must be an Australian Citizen)
