Support lead engineers on planned maintenance of
special purpose doors.
Support lead engineers on reactive call outs and
repairs to special purpose doors.
Support lead engineers on planned repairs to
special purpose doors.
Support lead engineers on installation of special
purpose doors.
Assist Service Engineers and/or Managers to solve
customer issues.
Assist with new door surveys when appropriate.
To assist co-ordination with onsite contacts during
tasks and feed back to management / supervision.
Assist in emergency cover and call outs.
Occasional travel to other customer sites across
the UK and worldwide to meet business and
customer need.
