Assistant & Duty Manager

We are looking for experienced and passionate Assistant & Duty Managers, who have a love of great food, drinks, people and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for someone with drive, ambition, who can inspire and motivate themselves and their team mates to help us deliver an amazing hospitality experience for our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Is already an Manager within a substantial restaurant, bar or hotel operation
• Able to lead and manage a large team to meet brand standards and deliver a first class experience for guests
• Is a strong communicator who enjoys being a part of a team
• Has a natural ability and passion for exceeding guest’s expectations
• Has a passion for all things hospitality, service and the guests dining experience
• Has a desire to learn, grow and develop
• Can adapt and stay calm in a high paced environment

You will be managing our brand new stunning restaurant, bar, lounge and hotel operation. You will be in charge of a large team of waiting on team, bartenders, receptionists, hosts, housekeepers and chefs, all of which need to deliver our high brand standards, whilst also providing a first class hospitality experience. You’ll be in charge of the delivery of the operation, responsible for the experience of every guest and the management of every team member. We’re looking for individuals who can work to our brand standards, processes and procedures to maintain the highest of standards whilst also providing that genuine friendly hospitality experience that makes people want to return. This is a Full Time position.
