ASSISTANT(E) D’ENTREPÔT - MONTRÉAL

L’assistant(e) d’entrepôt contribuera à la production et à la distribution ordonnées des produits en recevant les matériaux des fournisseurs, en livrant les matériaux et les fournitures de production là où ils sont nécessaires et en stockant les matériaux et les fournitures pour la distribution finale. Le ou la titulaire de ce poste participera également au suivi des stocks et des actifs de l’entreprise et gérera l’emplacement de ces actifs.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

  • Minimum 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en entrepôt
  • Capacité à soulever 50 livres
  • Dossier de conduite impeccable et permis de conduire valide avec un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience de conduite
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite (français et anglais)
  • Compétences informatiques intermédiaires avec maîtrise des produits Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel, Outlook, Teams

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 year of warehouse experience
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Clean driving record and valid driver license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English)
  • Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams

Responsibilities:

  • Receive shipments, verify goods, complete accurate and detailed paperwork, and enter materials into inventory software
  • Maintain current knowledge about products, catalog information, part numbers, and required operating stocks
  • Monitor consumption of consumable items and maintain stock items
  • Work with the Project Management and Purchasing teams to ensure stage materials are ready for technician pick-up, project installation, and delivery to customer sites
  • Liaise with the Accounting team on a regular basis to ensure packing slips and invoices are received, and that RMAs are accurately processed and completed efficiently
  • Work with the Fleet Manager to ensure all technician vehicles are kept clean and safe operating conditions are maintained
  • Maintain, document and account for all tools. Check in/out and tools and vehicles. Once returned, clean and inspect tools to ensure working order and check for damage/ensure working order
  • Bar-code all Paladin assets in inventory system
  • Deliver and pick up material to site/from distribution
  • Ship stock to other branch offices and customer sites as required
  • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness at all times
  • Document any warehouse problems and issues
  • Updating and creating documents/files using Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Perform any other duties as required
