JOB DESCRIPTION & SUMMARY

A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You’ll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements. Simply put, you’ll work closely with dedicated PwC staff to provide administrative support.

Your Impact:

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to multiple associates, directors, and managers within the department, including complex calendar management, meeting organization, preparation, and follow-up for both internal and external meetings, presentation preparation, and travel coordination.
  • Actively participate in client development initiatives and contribute support to tender processes.
  • Ensure cost monitoring and follow-up.
  • Manage client relationships by gathering and analyzing data, ensuring effective communication, and personalizing services to optimize client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Actively support internal projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and coordinate both internal and external events.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for various clients and service lines within the firm, contributing to seamless coordination.
  • Continuously develop technical expertise and general skills through workplace training sessions.

Your Skill Set:

  • Hold a commercial background or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of experience as an assistant in a dynamic environment. Additional training as an executive assistant is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate excellent proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in English is required, with basic knowledge of French. Proficiency in German and Italian is an asset.
  • Demonstrate a service and solution-oriented mindset, commitment, and strong communication skills.
  • Enjoy working independently, with a team spirit, and proactively.
  • Utilize quick perception and pragmatic work approach effectively.
  • Exhibit task prioritization abilities, flexibility, and relevant experience to handle daily challenges efficiently.
  • Value positive relationships with colleagues and clients, actively building a meaningful network.
