• To support the EIS manager with management of IFMS.
• Support the IFMS project team with the rollout of IFMS asset management to the GWR fleets and be the first point of contact for depot superusers for support
• Suggest improvements and potential upgrades to IFMS to improve the user experience and functionality of the system
• Assist in refresher training and new starter training, creation, and modification of training documents to create a standardised training package for all engineering colleagues
• Assist in the creation & maintenance of engineering procedures related to IFMS
• Liaise with the Materials Engineer to ensure system compliance with engineering & stores procedures
• Become a subject matter expert for Engineering Information systems (IFMS, Sirenum, R2, Engineering tablets etc.)
