The Trust is undergoing a period of growth and currently includes 15 schools (two secondary schools and 13 primary schools). We are also working with four additional schools in the region who are in the process of joining the Trust.
As part of this expansion, we are seeking to recruit a new Assistant Estates and Facilities Manager to work as part of the Trust’s wider Estates and Facilities Team. The post holder will have two main areas of responsibility:
- Management of the Estates and Facilities (including Health & Safety) provision at Malton School.
- Working in Pathfinder’s Central Team on enhancing and embedding a positive Health & Safety culture across the Trust (based at Archbishop Holgate’s School)
We are looking for someone with a proven Estates and Facilities Management background who is a strong and committed team player. You will work both at a strategic level at Malton School and as part of the Trust’s Central Team.
The successful candidate must have a full UK driving licence and their own means of transport between sites. Visits to other Pathfinder schools will also be necessary as part of this role.
Travel between our school sites for work purposes will be covered by the Trust’s vehicle insurance policy.
Pathfinder Multi Academy Trust is an equal opportunities employer, committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Enhanced DBS check required.
As part of our due diligence process an online search will be carried out on all shortlisted candidates. These checks are carried out to determine suitability to work with children and keep them safe. If you wish further information regarding these checks please contact 01904 806000.
This post is subject to the Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2009 and as such shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a Disqualification Declaration. Any information supplied will be discussed at interview.
