REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Building/Facilities Management or relevant disciplines from a recognized university
• At least 7 years of related working experience
• Proven experience in facility management in a large facility
• Able to work Independently and possess good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
• Service orientated mindset
• Strong building facilities M&E knowledge with hands-on experiences
• Possess high level of initiative and integrity
• Possess strong leadership, quality, good planning and organizing ability
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviours
