The Assistant Facility Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining the facility’s infrastructure and systems to ensure efficient, safe, and reliable operations. This role involves overseeing building systems, coordinating maintenance activities, managing facility projects, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

**Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility management, building systems maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Skills:
**
- Certification in facility management (e.g., Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP)).
- Experience with energy management and sustainability practices.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the industry or facility type.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and industry trends.
- Willingness to continuously learn and update skills.

- Standard office environment with frequent visits to facility areas and production environments.
