Recognised by children and families all over the world and with continued growth on an international scale, we are now seeking a new Assistant Floor Manager to join our famous Regent Street store in the heart of London.
Our Assistant Floor Manager will support us with running all aspects of the floor operations to achieve sales, profitability and company objectives. With an aim to improve business performance through the effective management, leadership and development of your team. We are looking for someone with retail management experience and a strong positive ability to deliver exceptional customer service!
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- At least 3 years experience of Retail Management.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude and supportive leader.

Responsibilities:
- To lead, motivate and develop your team to exceed sales and improve KPIs/customer service standards through effective performance management.
- To regularly give constructive and appropriate feedback on performance and on the job coaching to improve your team.
- To ensure excellent customer service is delivered and the team consistently demonstrate strong product knowledge.
- To work with the Floor Manager in the control of all costs/losses.
- To support with recruiting and selecting the best people for the floor and assisting with succession planning where required.
- To support and improve the visual merchandising standards of the shop floor.
- To follow formal Performance Management procedures where appropriate.
- To achieve 85% minimum Mystery Shopper score.
